Milena Sladkov is the Founder and Head coach of M&N Rhythmic Academy Inc. She is a former Latvian champion with 20 years of coaching experience in Chicago. Milena is a Certified instructor and professional member of USA Gymnastics since 1994. She holds a title “Master of Sport” in Rhythmic Gymnastics and has a degree in Teaching Physical Education and Sports. Her students compete at State, Regional and National competitions.
      Zaneta Maciunas began Rhythmic Gymnastics at age 5 and was a member of the Lithuanian National Team by age 13.  She competed on the international circuit visiting many cities of Europe, achieving Master of Sport recognition at age 18. She retired from competition and obtained her PhD of Physical Therapy (12 years of schooling) and became both a teacher at the Academy of Physical Education and a Rhythmic Gymnastics coach.  She was chosen to be the Vice President of the Aerobics Federation of Lithuania.  Currently, she is coaching Rhythmic Gymnastics at M&N Gymnastics.  Her hope is for the gymnasts to exceed their expectations in the sport of Rhythmic Gymnastics.
         Lena Revutska is Ballet Instructor who has more than 20 years of on-stage dance experience in Russia. She has been teaching dance including pre-ballet through advanced ballet since 1988. In addition, her ballet work has included choreography and character dance as well as international travel as part of a dance troupe. She attended the State Choreography School in Russia as an artist of ballet. Lena has been teaching ballet at M&N Rhythmic Academy since 2008.
       Vera Florov is a USAG Certified Coach and Certified Fitness Trainer. She has over 10 years of experience coaching children with special needs in the variety of sports (gymnastics, swimming, ice skating and skiing). She is a member of Professional Ski Instructors of America with over 10 years of coaching experience. Her medical
background from Russia and knowledge in biomechanics and kinesiology makes her a valuable member of M&N Rhythmic Academy.
       Ulvika Rumshevich began Rhythmic Gymnastics at
the age of 4 and became a member of the Uzbekistan National Team. She competed internationally while on the national team. She achieved Master of Sports recognition. She also has a bachelor degree in Child Psychology. She has been coaching in the United States since 2008.
She is a USAG Certified Coach.
